Don is a licensed Landscape Architect, Urban Planner, and Urban Designer with over ten years of experience. He received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, Cum Laude and earned his Master of Urban Planning (Professional) and Urban Design with Honours at the University of Auckland.
Don is passionate about making cities inclusive, liveable, and vibrant. He possesses an innate curiosity and an ability to view things from different perspectives. His projects transcend beyond the borders of landscape architecture to incorporate urban design, graphic design, branding and urban planning. He has worked on different facets of design conceptualization, project management, and site supervision both locally and internationally. These include projects on public open spaces, residential, public transport, and large scale mixed-use developments in Southeast Asia, China, Qatar, and New Zealand.
Don honed his talent for leading a wide range of creative endeavors from his time at an international consultancy company, working on landscape construction for a premier hospital in Qatar, and his experiences with real estate development projects in the Philippines.
